EPE USA 30 Day Return Policy

Return any unused stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund. All components of the item must be returned, and condition must be the same as received or the return is nonrefundable.

If a product is damaged during delivery to you, you must email returns@epeusa.com and note the extent of the damage, attach pictures, and order number. Hold the damaged item for disposition instructions.

EPE USA will arrange free return shipping if EPE USA is at fault for the return. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
